Analog Devices Inc. AD4002/AD4006/AD4010 18-Bit SAR ADCs are low noise, low power, and high-speed ADCs that operate from 1.8V supply voltage. These ADCs feature ease of use that reduces signal chain complexity, signal chain power consumption, and enables higher channel density. The AD4002, AD4006, and AD4010 provide 2 MSPS, 1 MSPS, and 500 kSPS throughputs respectively. These ADCs provide high-Z mode and long acquisition phase to eliminate high power, high-speed driver, and broadens the range of low power precision amplifiers. The AD4002/AD4006/4010 ADCs are used in automatic test equipment, machine automation, medical equipment, battery-powered equipment, and precision data acquisition systems.
