Analog Devices Inc. 16-Bit Pseudo Differential SAR ADCs

Analog Devices Inc. 16-Bit Pseudo Differential Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADCs feature high accuracy, high speed, and are low power ADCs. The 16-bit SAR ADCs operate at 1.8V single supply operation with 1.71V to 5.5V logic interface. These SAR ADCs with high throughput allows accurate capture of high frequency signals and decimation to achieve high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). The 16-bit ADCs undergo an ability to daisy-chain ADCs and operate at -40°C to 125°C temperature range. These SAR ADCs include SPI compatible versatile serial interface that features seven programmable modes with an optional busy indicator.

The AD4000/AD4004/AD4008 SAR ADCs are compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, and 5V logic that uses a separate supply VIO. Typical applications include automatic test equipment, precision data acquisition systems, machine automation, medical equipment, and battery-powered equipment.
