The ams OSRAM SYNIOS P3030 KW DSLP31.CE LED is available in a white 3.0mm x 3.0mm SMT package with colored diffused silicone resin and features InGaN on Sapphire chip technology. The device is AEC-Q102 qualified for use in automotive applications.
