ams OSRAM AS7331 3-Channel UV-A/B/C Spectral Sensor ICs
ams OSRAM AS7331 3-Channel UV-A/B/C Spectral Sensor ICs are low-power, low-noise integrated UV sensors. The devices offer three separate UVA, UVB, and UVC channels that convert optical radiation signals via photodiodes to a digital result and enable a continuous or triggered measurement. The ams OSRAM AS7331 sensor ICs provide adjustable irradiance responsivity through the Gain, conversion time, and internal clock frequency to affect sensitivity, full-scale range, and LSB. The detected amount of radiation in the set Gain and conversion time configuration is presented as digital counts by the AS7331. The AS7331 features a range of 12x Gain steps by a factor of two for each step. Additionally, the conversion time is internally controlled over an expansive 15-step range by a factor of two for each step. With the input pin (SYN), the device can externally control the conversion time to adjust the measurement to the conveyed environment and time base.
