
Allegro MicroSystems AHV85110 Isolated GaNFET Gate Drivers
Allegro MicroSystems AHV85110 Isolated GaNFET Gate Drivers are self-powered single-channel isolated drivers. These gate drivers are designed to drive GaNFETs in multiple applications and topologies. The AHV85110 drivers feature a 10.5V to 13.2V supply voltage range, 8.4mm creepage distance, enable pin with fast response, and 2.8Ω pull-up and 1Ω pull-down separate drive output pins. The AHV85110 gate drivers include a 50ns propagation delay and high peak source/sink capability to drive GaN FETs in high-frequency designs efficiently. These gate drivers are available in compact, low-profile, surface mount 10mm x 7.66mm x 2.41mm NH package. The AHV85110 gate drivers are ideal for EV chargers, On-Board Charger (OBC), AC-DC and DC-DC converters, transportation, robotics, micro-inverters, solar, industrial, and clean energy.
The AHV85110 gate drivers include an isolated output bias supply integrated into the driver, eliminating the need for an external gate drive auxiliary bias supply or high-side bootstrap. The gate drivers consist of fast propagation delay and high peak source/sink capability to efficiently drive GaN FETs in high-frequency designs.
