Analog Devices iSensor® MEMS gyroscope subsystems reliably detect and measure the angular rate of an object under severe and complex operating conditions. The MEMS gyroscope portfolio provides analog and digital output, high vibration & shock immunity, and temperature sensitivity control to 25ppm/°C. Designers can use the ADI iSensor MEMS gyroscope subsystems to measure an object's rotation in °/sec over a wide dynamic range and bandwidth.
