The wide terminals offer higher power ratings, superior thermal shock characteristics, and high solder joint reliability.  Constructed of a ceramic substrate, resistive film, solder and plating, and a protective coating, KOA Speer WK73 Wide Terminal Flat Chip Resistor products with lead-free terminations meet EU RoHS requirements.
