KYOCERA AVX NTC Thermistors are thermally sensitive resistors made from a mixture of Mn, Ni, Co, Cu, Fe oxides. Sintered ceramic bodies of various sizes can be obtained. The thermistors offer excellent batch-to-batch product characteristics due to strict conditions of mixing, pressing, sintering and metallization. These power modules offer protection against inrush currents and input UVLO and output short circuit protection. Their high efficiency reduces system heat generation and they have low package thermal resistance. The LMZ1420x Series power modules each come with a single exposed pad and standard pinout for easy mounting and manufacturing. They are fully enabled for Webench® Power Designer.
