C Series High Temperature MLCCs

TDK C Series High Temperature MLCCs offer an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with capacitance up to 22µF. These MLCCs are a commercial grade of TDK's multilayer ceramic chip capacitors and provide excellent DC bias properties. TDK C Series High Temperature MLCCs feature multiple sheets of dielectric and conductive material, layered alternately, for superior mechanical strength and reliability. Ideal applications include decoupling, smoothing, snubber, and resonant circuits of equipment operating in a high-temperature environment as well as peripheral circuits of high-temperature devices such as IGBT, SiC, or GaN.
