The monolithic structure of the surface mount MLCCs ensures mechanical strength and reliability. The simple structure provides low ESR, ESL, and better frequency characteristics.

C Series High Capacitance MLCCs

TDK C Series High Capacitance MLCCs feature precision technologies that enable the use of multiple thinner ceramic dielectric layers. Composed of only ceramics and metals, TDK C Series Capacitors offer dependable performance, exhibiting virtually no degradation even when subjected to temperature extremes. The monolithic structure ensures superior mechanical strength and reliability. These MLCCs are available in a range of capacitance values (1.5µF to 100µF), in temperature coefficients of X5R, X6S, X7R, X7S, X7T, X8R, and Y5V, and in numerous case sizes.
