SHT4xA Relative Humidity/Temperature Sensors

Sensirion SHT4xA Relative Humidity/Temperature Sensors are 16-bit, high-accuracy, automotive-grade digital sensors for measuring relative humidity and temperature with different accuracy gradings. These sensors fulfill demanding automotive reliability requirements such as +85°C/85%RH accelerated life tests. Interface options include I2C or pulse-width modulation (PWM), and an integrated heater allows advanced onboard diagnostics. The sensor element is designed for reliable operation in harsh conditions such as condensing environments. Suitable for surface mount technology (SMT) processing, the four-pin dual-flat-no-leads package can also be ordered with a wettable flanks option.

SHT4x Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensors

Sensirion SHT4x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensors provide constant temperature accuracy, over a large measurement range. This 4th Generation sensor features ultra-low power consumption and comes in a small QFN package that measures 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.5mm. The fully calibrated sensor offers linearized digital output, NIST traceability, and I2C fast mode plus. It is reflow solderable and operational in condensing environments. Sensirion SHT4x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensor has a 1.08V to 3.6V supply voltage range, 80nA idle current, and an operating range of 0% to 100% RH, -40°C to +125°C. Tape-and-reel packaging, combined with suitability for standard SMD assembly processes, make the SHT4x ideal for high-volume applications.
