UDZLVFHTE High Voltage Automotive Zener Diodes

ROHM Semiconductor UDZLVFHTE High Voltage Automotive Zener Diodes are AEC-Q101 compliant diodes that provide superior surge resistance for greater reliability. These diodes operate from 51V to 150V voltage range and -55°C to 150°C storage temperature range. The high-voltage Zener diodes feature a small mold type and offer 200mW power dissipation (PD). These diodes are used in applications such as automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and voltage regulation.
