These Schottky rectifiers are available in a compact surface-mount package (DFN, SOD, and DSN). The Nexperia PMEG series provide usage in a wide variety of applications, including high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch-mode power supplies, and LED backlights for mobile devices.

Trench Schottky Rectifiers in CFP Packages

Nexperia Trench Schottky Rectifiers in Clip-Bonded FlatPower (CFP) Packages meet the challenging demands of efficient and space-saving designs. The Rectifiers combine low reverse current, low forward voltage, and lowest Q_rr to enable the best efficiency at high ambient temperatures. Available in several CFP package options with high power capabilities, the devices offer a true alternative to SMA. These options result in better thermal performance and a smaller footprint.
