KEMET Electronics T495 Low ESR MnO₂ Tantalum Capacitors are surge robust surface-mount components designed for applications that require high surge current and high ripple current capability. The capacitors meet or exceed EIA standard 535BAAC and have a capacitance range from 0.1µF to 1000µF, voltage up to 50V_DC, and an operating temperature range up to +125°C. These capacitors offer excellent capacitance stability, and improved resistance to high in-rush currents. The low ESR capacitors are classified as moisture sensitivity level (MSL) 1 under J STD 020. KEMET Electronics T495 Low ESR MnO2 Tantalum Capacitors are well suited for DC-DC converters, portable electronics, telecommunications, and control units.
