Bourns Battery Management System (BMS) connects to high-energy battery packs and manages the charging and discharging of the pack. BMS application solutions include current sense resistors, signal transformers, and shielded power inductors. Current sense resistors are AEC-Q200 compliant, a continuous current of 1000A, and a low 50µΩ resistance. Bourns signal transformers include common mode chokes for noise rejection for BMS applications. Shielded power inductors are ideal for automotive power conversion, DC/DC converters, power supplies, and communication electronics.

SM91502ALA AEC-Q200 BMS Signal Transformers

Bourns SM91502ALA AEC-Q200 Compliant BMS Signal Transformers are single-channel functional isolation transformer modules with common mode chokes for noise rejection in battery management system (BMS) applications. The Bourns SM91502ALA BMS Signal Transformers utilize a high level of automation in the pin winding process to enhance product quality and production efficiency. The series is AEC-Q200 compliant and offers a 1000V_DC working voltage and a 4300V_DC Hi-Pot isolation voltage. The transformers operate over a -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
