These devices offer a working voltage of 5V to 220V, a breakdown voltage of 7V to 272V, and a clamping voltage of 9.2V to 275V. Typical fast response times are <1ps from 0V to breakdown voltage. Bourns SMxJ-Q TVS Diodes conform to JEDEC standards and are easy to handle with standard pick-and-place equipment, and the flat configuration minimizes rollaway.

5.0SMDJ-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes

Bourns 5.0SMDJ-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode Series are designed for surge and ESD protection applications. The diodes feature a choice of Working Peak Reverse Voltage from 12V up to 43V and Breakdown Voltage up to 52.8V, in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) package. Typical fast response times are less than 1.0ps from 0V to Breakdown Voltage. Applications include automotive, telecom, computer, industrial and consumer electronics. 5.0SMDJ-Q TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 compliant.

5.0SMDJ-Q 5kW AEC-Q101 TVS Diodes

Bourns 5.0SMDJ-Q 5kW TVS Diodes provide surge and ESD protection in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) chip package. Bourns 5.0SMDJ-Q AECQ-101 compliant TVS diodes offer a working peak reverse voltage from 12V up to 43V and breakdown voltage up to 52.8V. Typical fast response times are less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage. These TVS diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle with standard pick and place equipment, and the flat configuration minimizes roll away.
