EPCOS B722 SNF AdvanceD SIOV Metal Oxide Varistors by TDK are high operating temperature (up to +125°C) varistors with high surge current ratings up to 10kA. The round varistor element is packaged in a silicone resin UL 94V-0 flame-retardant coating with tinned wire terminals. The high-energy AdvanceD Series E2 varistors feature high energy ratings up to 400J, a wide operating voltage range of 130V_RMS to 625V_RMS, enhanced resistance against heat and humidity [85°C, 85% r.h., 0.85 - VV (1mA), 1000h], and can be used in harsh environments.

Automotive On-Board Charging Solutions

EPCOS / TDK Automotive On-Board Charging Solutions include chip NTCs, chip varistors, leaded varistors, GFCs, surge arresters, and CeraLink DC Link capacitors with output filtering. The leaded varistors provide high-voltage surge protections with the use of Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) Inrush Current Limiter (ICL) for inrush current protection. EPCOS / TDK Automotive On-Board Charging Solution is ideal for battery charge/discharge systems, DC fast charging stations, and jump-start protection.

SIOV Metal Oxide Varistors

TDK EPCOS SIOV Metal Oxide Varistors feature a wide operating voltage range of 11 to 1100V_RMS.These devices offer high surge current ratings up to 8kA and no derating up to 105°C ambient temperature. The SIOV leaded varistors meet new UL 1449 3rd Edition requirements. TDK EPCOS SIOV Metal Oxide Varistors applications include lighting, radio and TV equipment, and household appliances.
