GCM AEC-Q200 Automotive Capacitors

Murata GCM Series AEC-Q200 Automotive Capacitors are ideal for power trains and automobile safety devices such as the drive system control for engine ECU, air bags, and ABS. The GCM Series can be used at 125ºC and 150ºC and has a temperature cycle of 100 cycles or 1,000 cycles for AEC-Q200 conforming products. Murata GCM Series capacitors feature 6.3Vdc to 1kVdc rated voltage and 0.1pF to 47µF capacitance.

GRM/GCM/GRT MLCCs

Murata Electronics GRM/GCM/GRT Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) provide a high dielectric constant in a smaller size with a higher capacitance value. The GRM series includes low-voltage, medium voltage, and high voltage ceramic capacitors. The GCM automotive ceramic capacitors offer higher resistance of solder-leaching due to the Ni-barrier termination and are applicable for reflow and flow soldering. The Murata GRT monolithic ceramic capacitors are designed for infotainment, feature Sn-plated external electrodes, and offer excellent solderability.

GCM Automotive MLCC

Murata's GCM Automotive multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) series features a higher resistance of solder-leaching due to the Ni-barriered termination and an operating temperature range in the R7, C7, 5C series of -55 to 125ºC. Murata's GCM series of MLCC are designed for the more rigorous demands of safety, under-hood, and power train systems, as well as meet AEC-Q200 requirements and are lead-free.
