WIZnet W5500 Ethernet IC 3 in 1 Controller chip is a Hardwired TCP/IP embedded Ethernet controller that provides easier Internet connection to embedded systems. This chip enables users to have Internet connectivity in their applications by using the single chip in which TCP/IP stack, 10/100 Ethernet MAC and PHY are embedded. The W5500 chip embeds the 32Kb internal memory buffer for the Ethernet packet processing. With this chip users can implement the Ethernet application by adding the simple socket program. SPI is provided for easy integration with the external microcontroller. The WIZnet W5500's SPI supports 80 MHz speed and new efficient SPI protocol for high speed network communication. WIZnet WizFi630 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi Gateway Module transforms the RS-232 protocol and TCP/IP protocol into IEEE 802.11 b/g/n wireless LAN protocol. The module enables a device with RS-232 serial interface to connect to LAN or WLAN for remote control, measuring, and administration. WizFi630 can also work as an IP router thanks to its internally embedded switch.
