Vitramon VJ Series SMD Ceramic Antennas offers its line of ceramic chip antennas with four new small-form-factor, high-performance MLCC devices designed for the reception and transmission of digital signals at frequencies of 868 MHz and 915 MHz. Vitramon VJ Series SMD Ceramic Antennas utilize Vishay's unique materials and manufacturing technologies; comply with the MBRAI standard for portable communication while maintaining small outlines; eliminate the need for large external antennas; offer a high-reliability, ceramic-oxide body construction; and are designed to be assembled onto a PC board using a standard reflow process. Applications include medical telemetry and instrumentation, industrial automation, security and home automation systems, gas and water meters, remote sensing and control, and long-range RFID.

Vishay Vitramon VJ Automotive MLCCs
Vishay Vitramon's VJ Automotive MLCCs are robust, highly reliable MLCCs that are manufactured in "Precious Metal Technology" (PMT/NME) with a wet build process. VJ Automotive MLCCs from Vishay Vitramon are also AEC-Q200 qualified with PPAP available upon request. These surface mount MLCCs have wide capacitance and voltage ranges, high operating temperature up to 150ºC, and a 100% tin plate matte and AgPd termination finish for silver epoxy bonding and a Polymer (flexible) termination available to increase bending ability of the capacitors.

Vishay/Vitramon's VJ Controlled Discharge Capacitor (CDC) has an integrated resistor on its surface. These surface mount VJ CDCs from Vishay/Vitramon also feature low electrostrictive ceramic formulation for repeated charge and discharge cycles, high pulse discharge currents, excellent reliability and high-voltage performance, capacitance range of 33nF to 560nF, and voltage range of 1000VDC to 1500VDC.

The Vitramon VJ6040/VJ3505 Series UHF Antenna is a small outline (35mm x 5mm x 1.2mm) form-factor, high-performance, chip-antenna designed for TV reception in mobile devices in the UHF band. The Vitramon VJ6040/VJ3505 Series UHF Antenna is omni-directional, with linear polarization. It offers complete UHF band coverage (470MHz to 860MHz) up to 1.1GHz and 50Ω unbalanced interface. The Vitramon VJ6040/VJ3505 Series UHF Antenna has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
