The Vishay Semiconductors broad product portfolio of infrared emitters and receivers includes the VSMF4720 SMD infrared emitter with the industry's lowest forward voltage and highest radiant intensity of a device in a PLCC2 package. The Vishay Semiconductors VSMF4720 IR emitter combines a wide viewing angle of ±60° with a high radiant intensity of 16 mW/sr at 100mA and high speed, making it ideal for data transmission applications such as infrared toll collection and wireless audio transmission. The Vishay Semiconductors TSOP75238 SMD IR receiver is an ultra-miniature device featuring the industry's best sensitivity-to-size ratio. The TSOP75238 infrared receiver offers a typical irradiance of 0.15 mW/sqm, an ultra-low supply current of 0.35 mA typical at 3.3V, and a tiny 3.0mm profile in side view.
Vishay Semiconductors TEMD6200FX01 Ambient Light Sensor
The Vishay Semiconductors TEMD6200FX01 ambient light sensor features spectral sensitivity that allows it to react like the human eye. The TEMD6200FX01 allows automatic control of LCD brightness and enables a number of advanced automotive driver comfort and safety features. This Vishay Semiconductors ambient light sensor comes in a low-profile package with a height of just 0.85mm and features key benefits, including photodiode output for improved lot-to-lot performance and repeatable response over a wider temperature range compared to phototransistors. The Vishay Semiconductors Gen 5.0 high-performance 45V and 100V Schottky rectifier series sets a new industry standard by extending current capability up to 20 A. The Vishay Semiconductors Gen 5.0 Schottky rectifier
is built on submicron trench technology and is suitable as a standalone
package for high-efficiency, high-density solutions. This Vishay Semiconductors diode
series features maximum forward voltage drops at +125°C of < 0.54V
typical at 6 A and 20 A for the 45V devices and < 0.65V at 10 A and
20 A for the 100V devices. The Gen 5.0 Schottky rectifier is
optimized for a variety of applications, including AC-to-DC secondary
rectification, flyback, buck and boost converters, half-bridge, reverse
battery protection, freewheeling, dc-to-dc module, and solar
photovoltaic bypass diode applications.

These Vishay Semiconductor protection diodes protect against the hazards of electrostatic discharges (ESD).
