VCC UV LEDs
The VCC Ultraviolet (UV) LED series demonstrates
high resistance to shock and vibration vs. traditional filament-based
light sources, making them more reliable in the field. The VCC UV LED series provides low power consumption and is ideal for portable, battery operated, or handheld devices. These UV LEDs are available in 3mm and 5mm thru-hole packages with wavelengths of 385nm and 405nm. Both VCC LED package styles are available with a narrow 15° and slightly wider 30º viewing angle.
VCC GLO Series White Frosted LED Lens
The VCC GLO white frosted LED lens series features lenses made from a unique thermoplastic material that diffuses an LED´s light output and dramatically reduces hot spots. This VCC LED lens features a clean, high-tech glow that evenly distributes the light along the lens surface and can be viewed from nearly any angle.
VCC Relampable 5mm LED Indicator Socket Assembly
VCC's relampable CNX 440 series’ newly developed spiral thread further simplifies the assembly process by allowing the wired socket to mate with the panel-mounted lens from the reverse side of the panel. The attached terminals, sockets, and/or connectors provide simple plug-and-play installation, permitting insertion into the front panel opening. The optional NEMA 4 lens is tested for shock/vibration to 6Gs at 2000Hz, temp. range -40°C to +105°C, and a depth of 100 meters, as well as UV, solar, and ice encasement. A 10mm LED version (CNX 460) is also available.
