VCC LPCM Low Profile, Panel Flush Light Pipes
VCC LPCM Series Low Profile, Panel Flush Light Pipes are the first light pipes to be offered by VCC which can be directly mounted to the board. These light pipes transmit from the SMD LED right to the front of a panel. The LPCM series features a low profile with a panel flush design that blends in until light is emitted. The light pipes are available in standard lengths of .300" to 1.20" and are made of an optical grade acrylic for maximum light transmission. These light pipes allow for easy panel removal, offer efficient production assembly, and will mate to any PCB using SMD 4 (sold separately).
VCC LSS Series Moisture-Sealed Litepipes®
VCC LSS Series Moisture-Sealed Litepipes® provide a display panel moisture seal and 180º viewing angle with VCC's SMS 172 Series panel lens. This lens and Litepipe unit was developed to provide moisture sealing and dust control for display panels when the LED is attached to a circuit board. The LSS Series is designed for use with surface mount LEDs as well as standard thru-hole LEDs, horizontally or vertically circuit board mounted. The Litepipe is tubular in shape and attached to a lens, which is fitted with a gasket that provides sealing for both moisture and dust.
VCC CNX 482 Series Ruggedized LED Panel Mount Indicators
VCC CNX 482 Series Ruggedized LED Panel Mount Indicators offer a robust anodized aluminum body delivering NEMA 4 protection from the elements. These LED indicators were designed for harsh and outdoor environments and feature a wide viewing angle, direct sunlight visibility, and a low profile for anti-vandalism. VCC CNX 482 Series Ruggedized LED Panel Mount Indicators are also resistant to shock and vibration and offer ESD protection. They are ideal for such applications as instrument panels, transportation dashboards, safety applications, aircraft and military, industrial machinery, and vending and gaming machines.

VCC Flexfire™ FLX Series Flexible Light Pipes - Expansion - 3mm
VCC has expanded its line of Flexfire™ FLX Series Flexible LED Light Pipes to include light pipes for a smaller 3mm footprint. The FLX3 Light Pipes are also available in lengths of 2", 4", 6", 8", and 12", and work with the SMB 200, SML 190, and SMQ 250 panel lenses.
VCC Flexfire™ flexible LED light pipes provide the simplest method of transmitting light from a PCB-mounted (through hole or surface mount) LED to a front panel. VCC Flexfire fiber-optic LED light pipes offer wide design capabilities for various lens styles, including wide angle, moisture-sealed, and high profile. VCC Flexfire flexible light pipes come in pre-cut lengths of 2", 4", 6", 8", and 12" with easy-to-use LED interfacing for 3mm through-hole and surface-mount LEDs. These flexible light pipes provide numerous advantages over traditional copper wire solutions, including immunity to EMI. The VCC Flexfire also does not conduct or transfer ESD pulses.

VCC Linear LED Light Bars
VCC Linear LED Light Bars are linear light sources that project a band of light along the entire length of each light pipe using one or more LEDs. They are a complete solution, each with LEDs, light pipe, mounting bracket, and wires. VCC Linear LED Light Bars feature optical grade acrylic, used for maximum light output and performance, and are available in four colors: cool white, red, green, and blue. These light bars provide ultimate flexibility for accent and trim lighting used in a variety of environments.
VCC LED Panel Mount Indicators
VCC LED Panel Mount Indicators are small, sturdy, simple, and visibly appealing. VCC LED Panel Mount Indicators are available in three LED colors--white, green, and red; two wire lengths--12 and 24 inches; and two body colors--black or silver.
VCC RGB SMD LEDs
VCC VAOL-S2223RGB, VAOL-S19337RGB, and VAOL-S1513RGB are RGB SMD LEDs featuring packages in 8mm tape on a 7" diameter reel. The SMD taping is much smaller than lead frame components, enabling smaller board size, higher packing density, and reduced storage space. These space-saving VCC RGB SMD LEDs are ideal for portable equipment, automotive, and other applications. The VAOS-5050RGB is a super-luminosity RGB SMD LED with a 120º viewing angle, low power consumption, and a white SMT package with built-in red, green, and blue chips. The VCC VAOS-SP4RGB4 RGB SMD LED comes in a white PLCC4 package with a colorless clear window, a 120° viewing angle, and low power consumption.

VCC SMD LEDs
VCC SMD LEDs come in a variety of package styles and emitting colors. VCC 1W high power SMD LEDs provide high energy efficiency, low voltage, and a long operating life. VCC SMD LEDs in PLCC2, 1206, 0805, 0603, and 0402 package styles are ideal for higher packing density and miniature applications. VCC SMD LEDs have water clear lenses, fit automatic placement equipment, and are also fit compatible with infrared and vapor phase reflow solder process.
VCC Relampable 5mm LED Indicator Socket Assembly
VCC relampable CNX 440 series newly developed spiral thread further simplifies the assembly process by allowing the wired socket to mate with the panel-mounted lens from the reverse side of the panel. The attached terminals, sockets, and/or connectors provide simple plug-and-play installation, permitting insertion into the front panel opening. The optional NEMA 4 lens is tested for shock/vibration to 6Gs at 2000Hz, temp. range -40°C to +105°C, and a depth of 100 meters, as well as UV, solar, and ice encasement. A 10mm LED version (CNX 460) is also available.
