VCC LMC Series Micro LITEPIPE®
The unique flush design and 2.5mm diameter allows light to transmit from a surface mount or through-hole LED to the front display panel. The LITEPIPE® transmits light from the source to the lens, dispensing light up to 160°. VCC's LMC Series Micro LITEPIPE® increases the apparent brightness and viewing angle of a PCB-mounted LED, is available in sizes ranging from .200” to 1.20”, and is virtually unseen until the LED is activated.
VCC Relampable 5mm LED Indicator Socket Assembly
VCC's relampable CNX 440 series’ newly developed spiral thread further simplifies the assembly process by allowing the wired socket to mate with the panel-mounted lens from the reverse side of the panel. The attached terminals, sockets, and/or connectors provide simple plug-and-play installation, permitting insertion into the front panel opening. The optional NEMA 4 lens is tested for shock/vibration to 6Gs at 2000Hz, temp. range -40°C to +105°C, and a depth of 100 meters, as well as UV, solar, and ice encasement. A 10mm LED version (CNX 460) is also available.
VCC Thru-hole LEDs
VCC LEDs are designed around the parameters of VCC´s mounting hardware. The 3mm, 5mm, and 10mm LEDs complement VCC lens and cable sockets by mechanically aligning with the lens retaining mechanism for a secure panel mount fit. The VCC LED offerings are color matched with VCC lenses to provide ultimate color brightness. The 100º view angle LED is ideal for designs in which a lens or socket is not accessible and only a standoff or PCB mounted product can be used. The viewing angles of the LEDs complement the Fresnel technology of the VCC lens products and provide a wide, clean viewing angle of up to 180º.
