Triune Systems TS52001 high efficiency Li-Ion battery chargers are DC/DC synchronous switching devices with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) for solar PV systems. The Triune Systems TS52001 features fully integrated power switches, internal compensation, and full fault protection. The TS52001 uses a temperature-independent photovoltaic MPPT calculator to optimize power output from the source during Full Charge Constant-Current (CC) mode. The switching frequency of 1MHz enables the use of small filter components, resulting in smaller board space and reduced BOM costs. These Li-Ion battery chargers feature a wide input voltage range of 4.0V to 7.2V and a junction operating temperature of -40ºC to 125ºC. The Triune Systems TS52001 is ideal for use in portable solar chargers, off-grid systems, wireless sensor networks, smoke detectors, and HVAC controls.
Triune Systems TS14001 nanoSmart® Ultra-Low-Power Linear Regulators are ultra-low-power circuits that draw low nA level quiescent current at light load but have the capability to regulate current loads as high as 200mA. The Triune Systems TS14001 features best-in-class quiescent current of 20nA at Iload=0. These nanoSmart linear regulators provide accurate output regulation and feature a low input operating voltage of 2.5V to 5.5V. The Triune Systems TS14001 is ideal for a broad range of applications, including portable electronics, RFID, industrial and medical.
Triune Systems TS30011 1MHz, 1A current-mode synchronous buck DC/DC converters feature fully integrated power switches, internal compensation, and full fault protection. The switching frequency of 1MHz enables the use of small filter components, resulting in reduced board space and BOM costs, The Triune Systems TS30011 utilizes current mode feedback in normal regulation PWM mode. When the regulator is disabled, the device draws less than 10µA quiescent current. These synchronous buck DC/DC converters integrate a wide range of protection circuitry, including input supply undervoltage lockout, output voltage soft start, current limit, and thermal shutdown. The TS30011 includes supervisory reporting through the PG (power Good) open drain output to interface other components in the system. These Triune Systems devices are ideal for use in on-card switching regulators and set-top box, DVD, LCD, and LED supply.
