Toshiba Digital-Output Magnetic Sensors

Toshiba TLP117 / TLP2066 High-Speed IC Photocouplers
The Toshiba TLP117 is a high-speed (50 Mb/s) IC photocoupler and the Toshiba TLP2066 is a low-voltage (20 Mb/s, Vcc = 3.3V) photocoupler. The totem-pole output configuration of the Toshiba TLP117 and TLP2066 photocouplers makes bidirectional drive for the sink and source possible. The maximum operating temperature is 100°C for the TLP2066 and 105ºC for the TLP117, allowing them to be used in various applications, such as plasma displays, measuring instruments, control equipment, and factory automation.

Toshiba TLP109 / TLP116A Photocouplers
The Toshiba TLP109 and TLP116A are new additions to the Toshiba photocoupler family in small surface-mount packages. These Toshiba photocouplers with reinforced insulation are housed in an SO6 package, which is pin-compatible with the conventional MFSOP6 package but at a reduced maximum PCB mounted height of 2.3mm. The Toshiba TLP109 and TLP116A are ideal for low-profile applications, offer clearance and creepage distance of 5mm or more, and provide an internal Faraday shield with thickness of 0.4mm or more. The TLP109 and TLP116A photocouplers meet designers' needs for a thin package and a high level of safety standard compliance and are optimized for use in various communication interfaces, insulated bus drivers, high-speed line receivers, measuring instruments, and more.
