The CC2431 has short transition times between various operating modes, making the device ideal for systems where ultra-low power consumption is required. Texas Instruments’ true low-power sub-1GHz system-on-chip (SoC) is the only SoC on the market with sub-1GHz radio, MCU, Flash, AES128 encryption, and USB all on one chip. The device provides an excellent combination of RF performance and MCU processing power, low current consumption, and few external components, as well as up to 32kB of in-system programmable Flash memory, up to 4kB of RAM, and many other powerful features. Ideal for applications with size limitations and where very low-power consumption is required.
