TI SN6501 Transformer Driver

Texas Instruments SN6501 Transformer Driver is a monolithic oscillator/power-driver designed for small form factor, isolated power supplies in isolated interface applications. TI SN6501 drives a low-profile, center-tapped transformer primary from a 3.3V or 5V DC power supply. The secondary can be wound to provide any isolated voltage based on transformer turns ratio. SN6501 Transformer Driver consists of an oscillator followed by a gate drive circuit that provides the complementary output signals to drive the ground referenced N-channel power switches. The internal logic ensures break-before-make action between the two switches. This TI device is specified for operation at temperatures from -40°C to 125°C.

TI TPS543xx / TPS545xx Step-Down DC-DC Converters

Texas Instruments TPS54340 and TPS54540 are 42V input 3.5A and 5A step-down DC-DC converters with an integrated high side MOSFET. TI TPS54360 and TPS54560 are 60V input 3.5A and 5A DC-DC converters with integrated high side MOSFET. TPS54341 / TPS54541 and TPS54361 / TPS54561 devices offer 100kHz to 2.5MHz adjustable switching frequency while TPS543x0 and TPS545x0 devices have 100kHz to 2.5MHz fixed switching frequency. Miniature High Current Power Inductors

Wurth Electronics WE-MAPI Miniature High Current Power Inductor is the smallest metal alloy inductor available on the market, measuring just 2.5x2.0x0.6mm. The new WE-MAPI inductors from Wurth are equipped with an iron alloy core material which allows a compact design with high current capabilities. This series was designed to also achieve low DCRs and high saturation currents for optimum performance in high switching frequency DC/DC converters (>1MHz).  Other features of WE-MAPI inductors include low acoustic noise, low leakage flux noise, and operating temperature range from -40ºC to +125ºC suitable for industrial applications.
