TE Connectivity High Power Inverted Through Board SMT Connectors
eliminate wire dress management issues with discrete wire leads around
the top surface of LED printed circuit boards. The inverted thru board
SMT connectors are designed to be surface mounted through a cutout
inside the PCB or through a notch on the edge of the PBC. This design
allows the inverted through board SMT connectors to deliver power to LED
aluminum clad boards from the underside of the PBC. Available in 2, 3,
and 4 positions, these RoHS compliant connectors offer a low profile,
top surface height of 2.00mm above the LED PBC, rounded corners to
prevent shadowing, surface mount board locks for stability during mating
and unmating, and a 70V DC/70V AC voltage rating. TE Connectivity High
Power Inverted Through Board SMT Connectors accept Economy Power II (EP
II) mating connectors. The mating (TE) Economy Power II (EP) plug
connectors are based on a .156” (3.96mm) pitch, rated for 600VAC at up
to 7 AMPs, and accept 22-18 AWG (0.34mm² to 0.75mm²) stranded wire sizes
which are ideal for delivering power to printed circuit boards.

TE Connectivity PolyZen Devices
TE Connectivity PolyZen Devices are polymer enhanced precision Zener diode micro-assemblies that help protect sensitive electronics from damage caused by inductive voltage spikes, voltage transients, use of incorrect power supplies and reverse bias. The PolyZen Device from TE Connectivity, composed of a Zener diode and a resistively non-linear, polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PPTC) layer, is a smaller, more consumer driven device that offers a slim profile for single component placement and space restrained applications. These devices help provide resettable protection against damage caused by multi-watt fault events and require only 0.7W power dissipation. When sustained high power conditions emerge, the PPTC element "trips" to limit current and generate voltage drop, a protection mechanism that increases the Zener diode's power handling capacity.

IP67 rated field terminatable I/O connections designed to withstand the harsh

TE Connectivity Spin Lock Variable Angle Backshells
TE Connectivity introduced the innovative Spin Lock Variable Angle Backshell for
Mil/Spec circular connectors. The spin lock variable angle backshell
enables straight, 45° and 90° cable terminations within the same part.
The backshell rotates around the axis of the cable bundle and locks in
position which minimizes stress on the wire bundle and provides more
robust strain relief than other termination systems. The design allows
engineers to use one part number for multiple applications rather than
having to purchase a different backshell for each angle needed. The Spin
Lock Backshell is ideal for Aerospace, Defense, Marine, and heavy

The one-piece connector assembly features TE's proven poke-in wire
termination method for 18 through 22 AWG solid, 18-20 AWG pre-bonded,
and 18 AWG stranded wires. Locating features simplify the assembly
process and properly position the LED into the socket. The integrated
polarization feature enables a secure and lasting connection. When

TE Connectivity SL-156 Connector with TPA Device
TE Connectivity offers SL-156 wire-to-board crimp connectors with the Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) device. These single-row connectors with a .156" (3.96 mm) contact pitch are rated up to 250VAC for voltage handling with current carrying capabilities
up to 10 amps. The housing design prevents the the terminal from being inserted upside
down because the cavity can only be loaded in one way, and polarization tabs ensure that housing and header are mated correctly. Breakaway style
