Composed of only ceramics and metals, TDK's C Series Capacitors provide extremely dependable performance, exhibiting virtually no degradation even when subjected to temperature extremes. The monolithic structure ensures superior mechanical strength and reliability. The TDK C Series High Capacitance MLCCs are available in a range of capacitance values (1.5µF to 100µF), in temperature coefficients of X5R, X6S, X7R, X7S, X7T, X8R, and Y5V, and in EIA case sizes of 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, and 2220.
