TDK High Voltage Safety Disc Capacitors

TDK offers high voltage safety disc capacitors. The CS, CS automotive, CK45-RR automotive, and CD series ceramic safety caps from TDK offer multiple features, including AEC-Q200 compliance, low dissipation at high frequency, operating temperature range up to 125ºC, 1,000 guaranteed cycles, and compliance with the safety standards of various countries.

TDK EDLC Capacitor 350mF 5.5V

TDK Electric double-layer capacitors (EDLC) developed as power supplies for LED flashes and used on mobile phones with cameras. Resistance is low so high current can flow into the LED to obtain the same light intensity as that from a xenon lamp. Also, the capacitors are compact, thin, and lightweight, making them ideal for use in mobile phones.

TDK LGJ Series High Reliability Power Inductors

TDK LGJ Series High Reliability Power Inductors feature inductance range of 1.0µH - 1500µH, rated current range of .15A - 13A, DC resistance range of 1.028Ω - 78.7mΩ, and are qualified to AEC-Q200. LGJ Series High Reliability Power Inductors offer an anti-counterfeit verification system with optional RFID inventory tracking available and are lead free. Applications include medical, industrial, and automotive.

TDK CLF-D Series Power Circuit Inductors

TDK CLF-D Series Power Circuit Inductors feature miniature size inductors with wide operating temperature range of –40 to +150°C, inductance of 1 to 470μH, tolerance of 0.3nH, and are magnetically shielded. CLF-D Series Power Circuit Inductors are ideal for automotive applications.

TDK VLM Series Inductors for Power Supply Circuits

TDK VLM Series Inductors for Power Supply Circuits offer low loss and large current capability design. The VLM Series Inductors from TDK also have a magnetic shield construction that should actualize high resolution for EMC protection. These inductors also have a magnetic coupling type core with low magnetic flux leakage and three-terminal structure.

TDK CLF7045 Series Inductors

TDK CLF7045 Series Inductors feature miniature size, with mount area: 6.9 x 7.2mm and height: 4.5±0.3mm, offers superb EMC handling enabled by the construction
of a high magnetic shield. CLF7045 Series Inductors are for generic use for portable DC to DC converter line. CLF7045 Series Inductors are available for automatic mounting in tape and real package. These products do not contain lead and support lead-free soldering. Applications for TDK CLF7045 Series Inductors include LCD-TVs, PDP-TVs, LCD displays, BD recorders, DVD recorders, and STB.

TDK TCE Common Mode Filters - EXPANSION

New! Now available in 0806 case size.

TDK TCE Common Mode Filters in two case sizes (1608 & 1210) feature improved electromagnetic compatibility with an electrostatic discharge protection element using thin-film processing and material technology. The new TDK TCE series is the world's first thin-film common mode filter to offer both high-speed common-mode noise suppression and ESD protection in a single component. It thus reduces the number of components needed, shrinks the mounting area and functionally enhances mobile devices. By providing wide bandwidth (cutoff frequency: 3GHz min.) for differential mode, TCE Common Mode Filters from TDK have almost no effect for high speed differential signals and can suppress the radiated emission. Applications include noise suppression of smart phones, digital cameras, and portable music players.

TDK C Series Conductive Epoxy MLCCs - EXPANSION

NEW! TDK has added additional MLCCs to the C Series Conductive Epoxy automotive-rated product line.

TDK's Conductive Epoxy C Series consists of MLCCs that are conductive glue-mounted rather than solder-mounted.  The C Series Conductive Epoxy MLCCs from TDK are critical in high temperature environments that require high reliability, such as automotive applications.  These AEC-Q200 automotive-rated conductive glue-mounted devices allow for more flexibility during periods of expansion and contraction because thermal expansion differences between the substrate, MLCC, and solder fillet have been reduced by using a non-solder attachment.  TDK's Conductive Epoxy MLCCs are also used in applications that cannot be subjected to the heat of the solder paste mounting process, such as LCD panels, organic EL and LED displays, and CCD devices, which are especially sensitive to high temperatures.

TDK CGA Series Automotive-Rated MLCCs - EXPANSION

NEW! TDK has added package size 0201 to the CGA standard Automotive-Rated MLCC series.

TDK CGA Series Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 rated. The CGA Series MLCCs from TDK are manufactured using a tested and stable manufacturing process and subjected to increased inspections that guarantee a higher level of reliability. These capacitors are available in general voltages up to 50V, mid-voltage up to 630V, and up to 150ºC operating temperature. In addition, thinner ceramic dielectric layers and multilayer technology give these capacitors a large capacitance. The CGA Series is used in a variety of applications, including automotive powertrain systems and safety equipment, smart meters, power supplies, sensor modules, and higher reliability/safety applications.

TDK C Series High Capacitance MLCCs - EXPANSION

NEW! TDK has expanded the C Series High Capacitance MLCC product line to include additional values in all case sizes.

TDK's C Series High Capacitance MLCCs feature precision technologies that enable the use of multiple thinner ceramic dielectric layers. Composed of only ceramics and metals, TDK's C Series Capacitors provide extremely dependable performance, exhibiting virtually no degradation even when subjected to temperature extremes. The monolithic structure ensures superior mechanical strength and reliability. The TDK C Series High Capacitance MLCCs are available in a range of capacitance values (1.5µF to 100µF), in temperature coefficients of X5R, X6S, X7R, X7S, X7T, X8R, and Y5V, and in numerous case sizes.

TDK Wireless Charging Coils

TDK wireless charging coils for smart phones and other mobile devices employ a proprietary flexible thin metal magnetic sheet, achieving an industry-leading thickness of only 0.57mm. These TDK wireless power transfer coil units are ultra-thin, lightweight and highly resistant to shock. The design of the coils minimizes the tendency toward rising resistance and achieves a power transfer efficiency that meets the requirements of the WPC Qi standard. These TDK devices also have a low height and an output current of 0.5 to 0.6A.

TDK Design Tools

TDK now provides a simulation program for various electronic components. TDK provides a multi-purpose simulation model for S-parameters and equivalent circuit models, Netlists, and simulation models for commercially available simulators. TDK also has software for analyzing component characteristics called SEAT, which can analyze TDK component characteristics without needing commercially available simulators. In addition, TDK also provides CCV, which allows you to confirm frequency characteristics online.
