Amphenol / SV Microwave VITA 67

Amphenol / SV Microwave VITA 67 Coaxial Interconnect offers high density and high performance RF addition to the VPX Platform. The floating SMPM coaxial contacts ensure excellent RF performance in any mating condition. These parts are also designed for side-by-side implementation with VITA 46 hardware and can be cabled to .086" and smaller diameter coaxial cable types. VITA 67 has proven performance in Military and Commercial applications.

Amphenol SV Microwave Millimeter Wave Precision Coaxial Connectors offer the precision, quality and performance needed to move into the millimeter wave spectrum through 67GHz. Products include 2.92mm, 2.4mm and 1.85mm connectors, adapters, terminations and attenuators. Designed for a wide range of use in the microwave industry, these connectors are manufactured with a precise tolerance interface to ensure a superior repeatability and high mechanical stability.



Amphenol SV Microwave SMPM Series Bullet Connectors

Amphenol SV Microwave SMPM series bullet connectors are designed to allow the joining of two RF modules by captivating the bullet between two shrouds. This mounting method allows for higher connector density and for misalignment which compensates for tolerance stack up. With higher withdrawal forces on the full detent shroud, the SMPM bullet has become a standard for quick and effective interconnects using both semi-rigid and flexible cables. The "push-on" design allows the installer to mate connectors without the need for threads or wrenches. The SMPM connectors are 20% smaller than the Amphenol SV Microwave SMP series bullet connectors and have frequency ranges up to 65GHz.

Amphenol SV Microwave QuarterBack SMP/SMPM Connectors

Amphenol SV Microwave QuarterBack (QB) feature a quarter turn bayonet locking feature on a SMP/SMPM interface. Offering low insertion/extraction forces of 2.0/0.5 lbs (max.) for SMP and 2.5/1.5 lbs (typical) for SMPM, QuarterBack Connectors exert less torque on board mount connector solder joints during mating/unmating and permit more mating cycles without failure compared to full detent SMP and SMPM. With a low VSWR through 40 GHz(SMP) / 65 GHz(SMPM), QuarterBack Connectors are ideal for high vibration and test applications that require a large number of mating cycles.

Amphenol SV Microwave Caps, Adapters, & Plug Terminations

The Amphenol SV Microwave RF and Microwave Connectors are available with a complete line of accessories including adapters, termination plugs, and protective caps to satisfy a wide array of applications. The 50Ω SMA adapters and termination plugs offer electrical performance from DC to 18 GHz with an operating temperature of -55⁰C to 125⁰C and a durability rating up to 500 cycles. The 50Ω SMA adapters and termination plugs are available in a broad range of standard configurations including straight and right angle PCB mount, bulkhead cable jacks, jam nut jacks, and two and four hold flange mount panel jacks. Amphenol SV Microwave's 50Ω BNC and TNC protective caps are designed to protect connectors operating at a frequency of DC to 11 GHz and are available in chain and wire rope assembly.

The Amphenol SV Microwave SMA Jacks and Plugs are part of Amphenol SV Microwave's precision, high performance RF and Microwave Connector Series. Designed using low reflection stainless steel construction with ¼ - 36 threaded coupling, the SMA Jacks and Plugs are rated at 50 Ohm impedance and offer excellent electrical performance from DC to 18 GHz. The compact size and outstanding mechanically durability make the SMA Jacks and Plugs well-suited for military, satellite, aerospace, industrial, and telecommunication applications.
