The STMicroelectronics M41T62LC6F Serial Real-Time Clock is the industry's smallest RTC with embedded crystal saves space and battery life in portable electronics. The M41T62LC6F integrated RTC/crystal measures only 3.2x1.5mm and offers ultra-low power consumption. The STMicroelectronics M41T62LC6F RTC is ideally suited to the needs of battery-power designs. By operating at low voltages from 1.3 to 4.4V, this RTC can be driven directly from an Li-ion battery and draws only 350nA.
