STMicroelectronics LDK130 Low Drop Voltage Regulators provide 300mA of maximum current from an input supply voltage in the range of 1.9V to 5.5V, with a typical dropout voltage of 100mV. It is stabilized with a ceramic capacitor on the output. The very low drop voltage, low quiescent current and low noise features make it suitable for low power battery-powered applications. An enable logic control function puts the LDK130 in shutdown mode allowing a total current consumption lower than 1μA. The device also includes a short-circuit constant current limiting and thermal protection.
STMicroelectronics STM32 Nucleo Development Boards are designed to support users who want to get familiar with the features of the entire STM32 MCU family. These boards are ideal for quick prototyping, and the standardized connectivity allows the designer to build and reuse add-on hardware across the whole portfolio of Nucleo boards. The board connectors are compatible with Arduino, and a new standardized ST connector (Morpho) which gives access to all IOs available on the MCU. STMicroelectronics EVAL-RX95HF is an evaluation kit for RX95HF NFC transceiver. This component is a 13.56 MHz near field communication transceiver for tag emulation and could be used with an NFC Reader (NFC smartphone, CR95HF) to exchange NDEF messages (URI, VCARD, URL) or establish a Proprietary Data exchange protocol communication. The communication protocol is based on ISO/IEC 14443 Type A. The EVAL-RX95HF is powered through the USB bus. It includes an RX95HF transceiver for tag emulation, a 47 x 34 mm 13.56 MHz inductive etched antenna and its associated tuning components. The RX95HF communicates with the STM32F103RF 32-bit MCU via the SPI bus.
STMicroelectronics M24SR-DISCOVERY is a demonstration kit to evaluate the features and capabilities of the M24SR series and is based on the M24SR64 device. Two versions of this kit are available: the Standard Edition and the Premium Edition. The Premium Edition includes all of the Standard edition features, plus a headset and a Bluetooth module which pair it with a smartphone via NFC for convenient demonstration. The M24SR64 device is a dynamic NFC/RFID tag IC with a dual interface. It embeds a 64 Kbits EEPROM memory. It can be operated from an I²C interface or by a 13.56 MHz RFID reader or an NFC phone. The I²C interface uses a two-wire serial interface, consisting of a bidirectional data line and a clock line. It behaves as a slave with respect to the I²C protocol. The RF protocol is compatible with ISO/IEC 14443 Type A and NFC Forum Type 4 Tag. The board is powered through the USB bus. It also includes a microcontroller STM32F103 to drive the EEPROM via I²C and the LCD screen via SPI bus.
STMicroelectronics MATRIX-M24SR board features various antenna designs for M24SRXX-Y Dynamic NFC/RFID tag IC family combined on a single ready-to-use divisible PCB. Each individual antenna features an M24SR64-Y Dynamic NFC/RFID tag IC connected to an RF antenna on one side, and to an I2C bus on the other side. All antennas are populated with M24SR64-Y Dynamic NFC/RFID tag IC but are applicable to other densities. The MATRIX-M24SR antenna matrix allows system designers to evaluate the M24SRXX-Y family performance and capabilities and to get started with their design.
STMicroelectronics STEVAL-IDB002V1 Bluetooth® SMART Board Based on BlueNRG is a product evaluation board based on a Bluetooth low energy 4.0 compliant low power network coprocessor. The STEVALIDB002V1 is composed of an RF daughter board and a microcontroller motherboard. The RF daughter board features the BlueNRG device, an SMA connector for an antenna or measuring instruments and an SPI connector for external microcontroller.The motherboard is based on the STM32L, acting as external microcontroller driving the BlueNRG device. A JTAG connector allows development of firmware on the microcontroller.
STMicroelectronics ISO8200B High-Side Solid State Relay is a galvanic isolated 8-channel driver featuring a very low supply current. It contains 2 independent galvanic isolated voltage domains (VCC for the Power stage and VDD for the Digital stage). Additional embedded functions are: loss of GND protection, undervoltage shutdown with hysteresis, and reset function for immediate power output shutdown. The IC is intended to drive any kind of load with one side connected to ground. Active channel current limitation combined with thermal shutdown, (independent for each channel), and automatic restart, protect the device against overload and short-circuit. In overload conditions, if junction temperature overtakes threshold, the channel involved is turned off and on again automatically after the IC temperature decreases below a reset threshold. If this condition causes case temperature to reach limit threshold TCR, the overloaded channel is turned off and it only restarts when case and junction temperature decrease down to the reset thresholds. Non-overloaded channels continue operating normally.

STMicroelectronics LSM9DS0 iNEMO 3D Accelerometer, 3D Gyro & 3D Magnetometer is a system-in-package featuring a 3D digital linear acceleration sensor, a 3D digital angular rate sensor, and a 3D digital magnetic sensor. The LSM9DS0 has a linear acceleration full scale of ±2g/±4g/±6g/±8g/±16g, a magnetic field full scale of ±2/±4/±8/±12 gauss and an angular rate of ±245/±500/±2000dps. The LSM9DS0 includes an I2C serial bus interface supporting standard and fast mode (100kHz and 400kHz) and an SPI serial standard interface. STMicroelectronics ST1S31 Step-Down Switching Regulator is an internally compensated 1.5MHz fixed-frequency PWM synchronous step-down regulator. The ST1S31 operates from 2.8V to 5.5V input, while it regulates an output voltage as low as 0.8V and up to VIN. This device integrates a 60mΩ high-side switch and 45mΩ synchronous rectifier allowing very high efficiency with very low output voltages. The peak current mode control with internal compensation delivers a very compact solution with a minimum component count. The ST1S31 is available in 3mm x 3mm, 8 lead VFDFPN and SO-8 packages.
STMicroelectronics ST1CC40 Step-Down DC-DC Converters are a 850kHz fixed switching frequency monolithic step-down DC-DC converter designed to operate as precise constant current source with an adjustable current capability up to 3A DC. The regulated output current is set connecting a sensing resistor to the feedback pin. The embedded synchronous rectification and the 100mV typical RSENSE voltage drop enhance the efficiency performance.
