STMicroelectronics ECMF02-2AMX6 / ECMF04-4AMX12 Common Mode Filter ICs

STMicroelectronics ECMF02-2AMX6 and ECMF04-4AMX12 are the industry's first silicon-based ICs to combine common mode filtering and ESD protection needed by high-speed data lines. STMicroelectronics ECMF02 and ECMF04 common mode filter / ESD protection ICs enable manufacturers to reduce part counts and simplify design of reliable, high-speed data circuits commonly used in smartphones, tablets, and mobile computers as well as wired connections such as USB2.0 and HDMI. The ECMF02-2AMX6 is a single-channel device while the ECMF04-4AMX12 is a two data-channel device. Both STMicroelectronics ICs feature 6 GHz differential bandwidth that complies with HDMI, MIPI D-PHY, and USB2.0. These common filter / ESD protection devices also provide high common mode attenuation, high ESD protection with low remaining voltage (Vpeak <50V), and flow-through pin-out for efficient, simplified PCB layout.
