Vishay / Sprague TANTAMOUNT® Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors
Vishay / Sprague offers ultra-low ESR, conformal coated, maximum CV capacitors with 4mm E case and 3.6mm R case profiles. The TANTAMOUNT® Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors feature 2 Tin standard terminations, up to 4.1 amps ripple current, and 4WVDC to 50WVDC voltage rating. Operating temp. range -55°C to +85°C, capacitance range 22µF to 1500µF, and capacitance tolerance ±10%.
