Souriau UTS Hi Seal Circular Connectors
The Souriau UTS Hi seal Connectors offering consists of lightweight industrial plastic circular connectors compatible with MIL-DTL-26482 connectors. Designed based on MIL-DTL-26482 standards, these connectors feature a rapid, secure bayonet locking system, corrosion-proof UL94-V0 plastic housings, sealed insulator and contacts suitable for overmoulding, vibration resistance per CEI 60512-4 - from 10 to 2000 Hz, and a thermal shock resistance rating of 5 cycles 30 min. from -40°C to 105°C per MIL-STD1344 method 1003. These rugged connectors provide Dynamic IP68/IP69K water protection in both mated and unmated conditions. Fully intermateable and interchangeable with existing solutions, UTS Hi seal Connectors are available with multiple polarization options, five shell sizes, and up to 21 contact arrangements. RoHS compliant, the Souriau UTS Hi seal Connectors are well-suited for wet & submerged environments, instrumentation, meteorological measurement systems, traffic control, video surveillance, and water measurement.
Souriau Micro38999 Series Circular Connectors
Souriau introduces the Micro38999 Series Circular Connectors as a line of miniature scoop-proof connectors developed from the MIL-DTL38999. The Souriau Micro38999 Series Circular Connectors offer a space savings of up to 50% over the smallest MIL-DTL38999 Series III units. Designed as a harsh-environment solution that is both compact and versatile, the Souriau Micro38999 Series Circular Connector features cavity-to-cavity interfacial seal and grommet, removable contacts, six keyings, and the smallest shell sizes currently on the market. The integrated backshell enables the Micro38999 Series Circular Connector to be easily wired. The Micro38999 Series Circular Connectors are certified RoHS and IP-67 (when mated) compliant, and are available in shell sizes 3, 5, and 7. Options for break-away push-pull (8BA), threaded screw (8DA), and bayonet (8LTA) coupling. Ideal solution for small industrial equipment, docking stations, tactical radio/ network systems.
Souriau JBX Push/Pull Connectors
Souriau developed JBX Push Pull Connectors for
high-reliability applications requiring a quick-and-easy
connect/disconnect method. The design features a small footprint for
ease-of-use in limited spaces and a shielded metal housing for reliable
performance in high vibration and shock environments. The JBX Push Pull Connectors
offer termination in solder, crimp, PCB, R/A, and PCB contacts and are
mechanically keyed to ensure correct polarization and alignment. With
an ergonomic modular design, the Souriau JBX Push Pull Connectors are well-suited for medical, audio visual, instrumentation, GPS, and telecommunications applications.
Souriau UTG Series TRIM TRIO Circular Connectors
Souriau's UTG Series TRIM TRIO connectors are plastic, circular connectors
with metal coupling. Metal bayonet ring is metal wave spring loaded,
locks with audible "click", and assures 500 matings/unmatings. Operating
temperature -55°C to +125°C, 2000VAC test potential, and accepts TRIM
TRIO removable snap lock contacts. UL approved-file Nr: E31151, and IP67
rated. Available in 8 shell sizes and 11 insert arrangements that are
all interchangeable with UTO and UTP connector families. Plug and
receptacle versions available for both male and female contacts.
