Silicon Labs' TS110x Precision Current-Sense Amplifiers are unidirectional and bi-directional, voltage-output current-sense amplifiers. Low offset voltage and low gain accuracy enable high measurement accuracy. Consuming a very low 1 µA supply current, these high-side current-sense amplifiers exhibit a 100-µV (max) VOS and a 0.6% (max) gain error, both specifications are optimized for precision current measurement. Silicon Labs Si5338 is a high-performance, low-jitter clock generator capable of synthesizing any frequency on each of the device's four output drivers. This timing IC is capable of replacing up to four different frequency crystal oscillators or operating as a frequency translator. Using its patented MultiSynth™ technology, the Si5338 allows generation of four independent clocks with 0ppm precision. Each output clock is independently configurable to support various signal formats and supply voltages. The Si5338 provides low-jitter frequency synthesis in a space-saving 4 x 4mm QFN package. The device is programmable via an I²C/SMBus-compatible serial interface and supports operation from a 1.8, 2.5, or 3.3V core supply.
Silicon Labs Si5334 is a high performance, low jitter clock generator capable of synthesizing any frequency on each of the device's four differential output clocks. The device accepts an external reference clock or crystal and generates four differential clock outputs, each of which is independently configurable to any frequency up to 350MHz and select frequencies to 710MHz. Using Silicon Labs' patented MultiSynth technology, each output clock is generated with very low jitter and zero ppm frequency error. To provide additional design flexibility, each output clock is independently configurable to support any signal format and reference voltage. The Si5334 provides low jitter frequency synthesis with outstanding frequency flexibility in a space-saving 4 x 4mm QFN package. The device configuration is factory or field programmed and, upon power up, the device will begin operation in the predefined configuration without user intervention. Silicon Labs Si3239x Analog Interface ProSLIC are ideal for customer premise equipment, such as voice-over-IP-embedded multimedia terminal adaptors (EMTAs) and GPON or EPON optical network terminal (ONT) gateways. Silicon Labs' Si823x Isolated Drivers combines two independent, isolated drivers into a single package. The Si8230/1/3/4 are high-side/low-side drivers, and the Si8232/5/6/7/8 are dual drivers. Versions with peak output currents of 0.5A (Si8230/1/2/7) and 4.0A (Si8233/4/5/6/8) are available. All drivers operate with a maximum supply voltage of 24V. The Si823x drivers utilize Silicon Labs' proprietary silicon isolation technology, which provides up to 5kVRMS withstand voltage per UL1577 and fast 60ns propagation times.
