Vishay Sfernice D2TO35 / 20 Series Surface Mounted Power Resistors
Vishay Sfernice offers Surface Mounted Power Resistors in two series, the D2TO35 and the D2TO20 Series. Vishay Sfernice D2TO35 and D2TO20 Surface Mounted Power Resistors feature thick film technology, with a wide resistance range of 0.01Ω to 550Ω and are compact, low profile and non-inductive. Vishay Sfernice's D2TO35 features 35W at 25ºC, and the D2TO20 features
20W at 25ºC, and both series are AEC-Q200 qualified. Applications
include automotive, industrial welding machines, test equipment, UPS,
base station systems, car battery management.
Vishay / Sfernice PHT Series Thin Film Wraparound Chip Resistors
Vishay / Sfernice PHT Series Thin Film Wraparound Chip Resistors features thin film technology and a wide operating temperature range of - 55°C to + 215°C, gold terminations, and a temperature coefficient down to 15 ppm. Vishay offers four case sizes of the PHT Series Thin Film Wraparound Chip Resistors: 0603, 0805, 1206, and 2010, and tolerance down to 0.05%. Applications for the Vishay PHT Series Thin Film Wraparound Chip Resistors are for down hole applications, and for the use of parts able to withstand very severe conditions (temperature as high as 215°C powered or up to 230°C un-powered).

The Vishay / Sfernice LPS Series Heatsink Mounted Power Resistors
offer either 300W, 600W, or 800W at 85ºC bottom case temperature and a
wide resistance range: 0.3Ω to 900kΩ. Non inductive and easily mounted,
the LPS Series features low thermal insulation to UL 94 V0.
Vishay / Sfernice LPS Series Heatsink Mounted Power Resistors utilize thick
film technology and are RoHS compliant to directive 2002/95/EC.
NEW! Vishay has expanded the LPS series to also include the LPS1100 series
power resistors that offer high power of 1100W and wide resistance
range of 1Ω to 1.3kΩ (E24 series).

Sfernice Thick Film Power Resistor LTO 30, 50, 100
The Sfernice Thick Film Power Resistor LTO 30, 50, and 100 series feature standard TO-220 and TO-247 packages in a compact, low-profile 3.2-mm thickness. They are non-inductive with a wide resistance range and low values available from R01 in 1% tolerance. The Sfernice Thick Film Power Resistor LTO 30, 50, and 100 series are Lead (Pb)-free and RoHS-compliant and the exposed ceramic can be directly mounted on the heatsink.

The Vishay / Sfernice CH series thin film microwave resistor has very small internal reactance. The resistor functions as almost a pure resistor on a very large frequency range up to 20GHz when mounted.
