Semitec KT Thermistors are highly reliable monolithic chip thermistors capable of detecting temperature within relatively small time constants. Available in EIA 0402 and 0603 case sizes, the Semitec KT Thermistors offer an approximate response time of 2.2 seconds to 5 seconds and operate in the temperature range of -40ºC to + 125ºC. Using a face-bonded configuration, these SMD thermistors provide excellent thermal compensation for IC s.
