Semitec designed the AT Thermistors as high-precision thermal sensing devices featuring extremely small B-value tolerance and resistance. The Semitec AT Thermistors
ensure accurate temperature detection within ±0.3⁰, and require no
adjustment between the control circuit and the sensor when used as a
temperature gauge. Operating in a temperature range of -50⁰C to 110⁰C,
these devices offer a resistance of 1.0kΩ±1% to 100.0kΩ±1% at 25⁰C, B
value of 3100K±1% to 4665K±1%, and an approximate response time of 10 to
75 seconds in the air.
