Murata PTC Thermistor

Murata´s PTC Thermistor is used for over-current protection suitable for current limiting resistors. The thermistor has a quick operating time due to its small size compared with conventional products, as well as small fluctuations in the circuit due to resistance tolerance +/- 10% and narrow current range between operating and non-operating current at -10° to 60°C.
