Ericsson BMR463 Series POL Regulators

Ericsson's BMR463 Series Point-of-Load (POL) Regulator is part of the BMR463 product line that enables systems architects to monitor and control the energy that is delivered to strategic components such as processors, FPGAs, ASICs, and others, in the most economically advantageous way. This DC/DC power module from Ericsson is small in size, measuring just 8.2mm in height, and offers an input voltage range of 4.5-14V and up to 20A/66W output. Other key features of the BMR463 Series include 0.6V-3.3V output voltage range, typical high efficiency of 97.1% at 5Vin (3.3Vout half load), full regulation, input under voltage shutdown, over temperature protection, MTBF 20 Mh, configuration and monitoring via PMBus, and more.
