EPCOS P11 / P12 Series Inrush Current Limiting NTC Thermistors

EPCOS features Inrush Current Limiting NTC Thermistors in the P11 and P13 Series. The P11 and P13 Series feature a 13mm diameter thermistor disk with a UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant coating, kinked leads of tinned copper wire, and 7.5mm lead spacing. Both series provide high electrical stability with a resistance tolerance of ±20%. The P11 Series features currents from 2.5A to 5A, a resistance range from 4Ω to 25Ω (R25), and operate in the temperature range between 0°C and 25°C. Designed for high power currents from 2.5A to 7A, the P13 Series provides a resistance range from 3Ω to 25Ω (R25) and operate in the temperature range of -40°C and 150°C. EPCOS P11 and P13 Inrush Current Limiting NTC Thermistors are well-suited for peripheral communication equipment such as switch-mode power supplies and motors.
