The Fairchild Semiconductor DB3 and DB3TG are 150mW bi-directional trigger diodes featuring low break-over current. Fairchild DB3 and DB3TG bi-directional trigger diodes have a typical break-over voltage (VBO) of 32V and come in a DO-35 package (JEDEC). The DB3 has a maximum break-out current of 100µA and the DB3TG 15µA.
