Kionix KXPS5 Digital/Analog Accelerometers
Kionix KXPS5 Series Tri-Axis Digital/Analog Accelerometers are designed to provide a high signal-to-noise ratio with excellent performance over temperature. These KXPS5 Series Digital/Analog Accelerometers can accept supply voltages between 1.8V and 5.25V. The sensitivity is factory programmable allowing customization for applications requiring from ±1.5g to ±6.0g ranges. KXPS5 Series Digital/Analog Accelerometers have a sensor bandwidth that is user-definable. The KXPS5 Series Digital/Analog Accelerometers have interrupts that can be generated for acceleration on any axis above a threshold value (Motion Interrupt) or for acceleration on all three axes below a threshold value (Free-fall Interrupt). Applications for the Kionix KXPS5 Series of Digital/Analog Accelerometers include hard disk drives, laptops, cell phones, handheld PDAs, game controllers, computer peripherals, cameras, video equipment, sports diagnostic equipment, pedometers and personal navigation devices. Evaluation kits for the KXPS5 Series of Digital/Analog Accelerometers are available.
