Texas Instruments LMR64010 SIMPLE SWITCHER® 40VOUT, 1A Step-Up Voltage Regulators are current-mode boost converters operating at a fixed frequency of 1.6MHz. National LMR64010 SIMPLE SWITCHER Step-Up Voltage Regulators feature the industry's highest power density and a 40V internal switch that makes these solutions perfect for boosting to voltages of 16V or greater. These National voltage regulators have a logic-level shutdown pin that can be used to reduce quiescent current and extend battery life. Protection is provided through cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. Internal compensation simplifies design and reduces component count. The LMR64010 is ideal for boost conversions from 3.3V, 5V, and 12V rails as well as LCD displays and LED applications.
