Texas Instruments ADS62C15 Analog to Digital Converter
The Texas Instruments ADS62C15 dual channel 11-bit analog to digital converter (ADC) with maximum sample rates up to 125 MSPS combines high performance and low power consumption in a compact 64 QFN package. The TI ADS62C15 ADC supports high SNR and high SFDR at high input frequencies using an internal sample and hold and low jitter clock buffer. The TI ADS62C15 ADC uses proprietary SNRBoost technology that can be used to overcome SNR limitation due to quantization noise (for bandwidths less than Nyquist, Fs/2). The TI ADS62C15 includes parallel CMOS and DDR LVDS output options and is designed for use in wireless communications infrastructure, software defined radio, power amplifier linearization 802.16d/e, medical imaging, radar systems, and test and measurement instrumentation.
