TriQuint TQP3M9036/39/40 LNAs - Expansion
TriQuint Semiconductor TQP3M9036 / TQP3M9039 / TQP3M9040 Low-Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are the latest addition to the TQP3M90 series of LNAs. These TriQuint LNAs have very low noise figure and are made for 3G/4G wireless infrastructure and base-station tranceivers / receivers. At 0.9 GHz, TQP3M9036 typically provides 19dB gain, +35dBm OIP3, and 0.45dB noise figure while drawing 65mA current from a 5V supply. At 0.9 GHz, TQP3M9039 dual LNA typically provides 19dB gain, +35dBm OIP3, and 0.45dB noise figure while drawing 65mA current from a 5V supply. At 1950 MHz in a balanced configuration, TQP3M9040 provides 18dB gain, 21.8dBm IIP3 and 0.67dB noise figure.
