Rabbit Semiconductor´s RCM5400 and RCM5450 RabbitCore® modules integrate real-time control and Wi-Fi connectivity into embedded control applications. These modules by Rabbit are based on a high-performance Rabbit 5000 architecture and mount directly on user-designed motherboards as the controlling microprocessor for the system. The modules provide Wi-Fi/802.11b/g functionality, up to 39 general-purpose lines of digital I/O, 512K data SRAM, up to 1MB Flash memory, and up to 1MB fast program execution SRAM. The modules are ideal for industrial control, remote terminal unit, serial-to-Ethernet bridge, and building automation applications.
