Cyan's eCOG1X family of microcontrollers are highly configurable, with options including combinations of USB 2.0 OTG interface, 10/100 Mbps Ethernet MAC, and 12-bit analog I/O. The feature-rich devices are available with 512KB of Flash and 21KB of SRAM. The MCUs are based on a 16-bit Harvard architecture with 24-bit linear code address space (32MB) and 16-bit linear data address space (128KB). A variety of available packages, including 68 and 100 pin QFN and 208 pin BGA, allow for a balance of cost and features.
